The trip to these incredible waterfall destinations commences from Bengaluru. After arriving at the Bangalore Airport or Bangalore Railway Station, you will be relocated to Shimoga. The drive to Shimoga takes around 7 hours. After arriving at Shimoga, complete your check-in formalities at the hotel. You have the rest of the day to yourself and can spend it any way you like. You can either choose to spend the rest of the day at your leisure in the comfort of your hotel or explore this wonderful city by yourself. You can take a long walk in the lanes of Shimoga and enjoy the majestic view of the lush green surroundings.

The source of the Jog Falls is the Sharavathi River, while the waterfall comes roaring down from a height of approximately 830ft. It is a segmented fall and one of the major tourist attractions in Karnataka.
