Day 01 – Kolkata Arrival
Our representative will welcome you at the Kolkata airport and transfer smoothly to your hotel for an overnight stay. You can stroll down Kolkata Street in the evening and eat local food. You will be staying at your hotel for the night.

Day 02 – Kolkata

After breakfast, go for a sightseeing tour of Kolkata. First visit to Kolkata’s Victoria Memorial, a large marble structure. It was built between 1906 and 1921 in memory of Queen Victoria. Today, the site is a museum and a popular tourist attraction. After that, visit Fort William, which was built along the Hooghly River in Kolkata. In the afternoon, you can visit Belur Math, Metro Rail, China Town, Memorial Hall, Mother Teresa Home, Rabindra Setu, Science City, and Vidyasagar Setu. Take a stroll through Kolkata’s markets in the evening. Also, visit the Howrah Bridge at night since it looks stunning. Stay at the hotel overnight.


Day 03 – Kolkata – Bagdogra (by air) – Darjeeling (68 km/ 2.7 hours)

Get up early, have breakfast in your hotel, and then check out. The shuttle bus will take you to the airport in the morning for your trip to Bagdogra. When you arrive in Bagdogra, our tour representative will greet and take you to Darjeeling. This place is home to Tibetan monasteries, Kanchenjunga, Mount Everest, Himalayan tribal life, pine forests, and other attractions. Thus, it is called the queen of hill towns. After reaching Darjeeling, check into the hotel and stay overnight.


Day 04 - Darjeeling (69km / 2.5 hours)

Arise early and head to Tiger Hill. You can see Everest, Kanchenjunga, and other peaks from Tiger Hill. You will first visit Kanchenjunga, the third tallest mountain in the world, on the Indo-Nepal border. The peaks of this mountain are known as the “Five Treasures of Great Snow” because of their snow-covered splendor. An unforgettable sunrise view from Tiger Hill and the impact it has on Kanchenjunga is something one will never forget. When the sun’s rays hit the Kanchenjunga mountain, the mountain turns pink and then orange.

Head back to Darjeeling for your breakfast. Next, visit the Tibetan Refugee Center, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, and the Padmaja Naidu Zoo, famous for its red pandas. Visit the Happy Valley Tea Estate and the Bazaar later in the afternoon. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.


Day 05 – Darjeeling – Pelling (69.4 km/ 2.9 hours)

Wake up early and drive to Pelling after breakfast. There are numerous waterfalls and alpine vegetation dotted throughout the surrounding land. After arriving in Pelling, check into a hotel and relax.

In the afternoon, start sightseeing with a visit to Sangachoeling Monastery, a Buddhist pilgrimage site built in the 17th century. The road to this monastery passes through lush forest and hilly terrain. Next, visit Darap village, a culturally rich village that has become popular among tourists. The area is home to various ethnic groups.

Then, visit Khecheopalri Lake; this religious site is believed to fulfill wishes. The belief holds that when someone sprinkles water on themselves and prays, their wishes will come true. If you have time, visit other major tourist attractions, such as Kaluk, Pemayangtse Monastery, Sewaro Rock Garden, and Dubdi Monastery. Spend the night at the hotel.


Day 06 – Pelling – Gangtok (107 km/ 4.1 hours)

After breakfast, begin your journey to Gangtok. Once you arrive, check into the hotel. You can spend the rest of your time relaxing. Gangtok offers a vibrant nightlife. The streets here add to the charm of the evenings. MG Marg is one of the most renowned streets in the city. The road is filled with mesmerizing decorations and vibrant lights. So if you want to enjoy the nightlife, you can stroll the street at night.

Have dinner at the hotel and sleep peacefully.


Day 07 – Gangtok

Immediately following breakfast, you will head to Rumtek. Visit Rumtek Monastery to see relics of the 16th Karmapa. Next, visit the Tibetan Institute, established by the erstwhile ruler of Tibet, to promote research on Mahayana Buddhism. In the afternoon, visit the Enchey Monastery. Stay overnight at the hotel in Gangtok after returning from the excursion.


Day 08 – Gangtok – Kalimpong (73km / 2.7 hours )

On day 8, after breakfast, you will drive directly to Kalimpong. When you arrive in Kalimpong, check into your hotel and relax. First, visit Durpin Dara Hill, which provides a panoramic view over Kalimpong, the snow-capped Himalayas of West Sikkim, and the Teesta River. There is also a golf course and a monastery on Durpin Dara hill. Afterward, stroll to Morgan House, built in the 1930s by Mr. and Mrs. Morgan. Located in Kalimpong, it is a classic example of colonial architecture. In the evening, you can also visit Deolo Hill, the Forest Museum, Dr Graham Homes School, Pine View Nurseries, and Mangaldham.

Retreat to your hotel to stay overnight in Kalimpong.


Day 09 – Kalimpong – Bagdogra – Kolkata

Once you have finished breakfast, you will be transported to Bagdogra Airport for your flight back to Kolkata. Once you arrive, you will be taken to your hotel. In the evening, you can explore the other attractions of Kolkata that you didn’t get to see on your first day. Stay overnight in a hotel on your last night in Kolkata.


Day 10 – Kolkata

Have breakfast, check out from the hotel, and our tour representative will transfer you to the Kolkata airport for your onward flight.
