Day 1 - Arrive at Kolkata

Arrive at the Kolkata airport, where you’ll meet our representative, who’ll escort you to one of our listed hotels. Check-in at the hotel. Spend the day relaxing in your room. In the evening, take a leisurely walk to explore Kolkata’s nearby market area. Overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 2 - Kolkata City Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Kolkata. The major tourist attractions of the Kolkata city tour include Fort William, Gurusaday Museum, Howrah Bridge, Indian Museum, Jawahar Shishu Bhawan, Kalighat Kali Temple, Nakhoda Mosque, and the Parasnath Jain Temple. In the evening, visit the Botanical Garden, which has abundant flowering plants and fruit-bearing trees. An overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 3 - Kolkata - Bhubaneshwar (442 km/ 9 hours)

Next morning post breakfast, get deported to the Kolkata airport to board a flight to Bhubaneshwar. As you reach Bhubaneshwar, check in at one of our listed hotels. Get a sightseeing tour of major tourist attractions like the Lingaraj Temple, Cactus Garden, Rajarani Temple, Mukteswar Temple, and Ekamra Kanan.

Later in the day, visit the twin hills of Khandagiri and Udaygiri for their rock-cut caves. Bhubaneswar is famous for its Tie and Dye textile industry, so in the evening, pay a visit to the said industry. Overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 4 - Bhubaneswar - Sambalpur (274 km/ 6.3 hours)

Today, drive towards Sambalpur; on your way, stop midway to visit Nuapatna, the handloom weavers’ village. The villagers of Nuapatna have been weaving handloom cloths continuously for generations and have been practicing the resist method of tie and dye. As you reach Sambalpur, the center for the textile industry, check in at one of our listed hotels. The ikat or the sambalpuri sarees are famous worldwide for their intricate designs.

In the afternoon, visit the Gole Bazaar to purchase some souvenirs. Later in the day, visit the major tourist attractions of Sambalpur, like Hirakud Dam, Ushakothi Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Huma Temple. An overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 5 - Sambalpur - Boudh (97.9 km/ 2.4 hours)

Post breakfast, visit some of the handloom weavers’ villages. The double-sided Ikat designs, woven in colored, silver, and gold threads, are standard in Sambalpur textiles and handlooms. Then leave for Boudh, a place famous for silk Bomkai saree, tie & dye cotton saree, and silk tie & dye saree. In the evening, shop for some fabulous sarees in the market. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 6 - Boudh – Bissam Cuttack (247 km/ 5.5 hours)

Start your day with a drive toward Bissam Cuttack. On your way, observe the enthralling scenario of the landscapes. Stop midway to visit the Phulbani and Kutia Kondh villages. Upon reaching Bissam Cuttack, complete the check-in formalities at the pre-listed hotel and unwind. The rest of the day is at ease. At night, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.


Day 7 - Bissam Cuttack - Jeypore (178 km/ 4.5 hours)

In the morning, after breakfast, spend some time at leisure. Then, embark on a delightful dance performance of the Parajas tribe. Jeypore is the commercial nerve center of the Koraput district and has all the amenities to serve as a convenient base for visiting places of interest in and around. Further, return to the hotel after an eventful day for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 9 - Jeypore - Malkangiri (107 km/ 2.4 hours)

Start your day with breakfast, and then complete the checkout formalities. Further, continue with a drive towards Malkangiri. En route, visit the Maithili weekly market, also by the Bondas. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 10 - Malkangiri - Rayagada (238 km/ 5.5 hours)

Today, after breakfast, pack your luggage, check out from the hotel and depart for Mudulipada. On reaching Mudulipada, scout around the Bonda villages. Interact with the locals to get insights into their traditions, culture, and lifestyle. Then, halt for lunch at Khairput. In the evening, hit the roads to reach Rayagada. Once reached, complete the check in formalities and the rest of the day is at leisure. At night, have dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 11 - Rayagada – Taptapani (159 km/ 3.8 hours)

The next day after breakfast is scheduled for Taptapani. Check-out from the hotel and depart for Taptapani. Stop midway to visit the Langia Soura village and witness their colorful war dance. Day 12 - Taptapani - Bhubaneswar (256 km/ 5.5 hours)

Day 13 - Bhubaneswar - Kolkata (442 km/ 8.5 hours)

Today, embark on a half-day city tour of Bhubaneswar. The major tourist attractions include the Brahmeswara temple, ISKCON temple, Bindu Sarovar, and the tribal museum. After lunch, deport to Bhubaneswar airport to board a flight to Kolkata. As you reach Kolkata, transfer to one of our listed hotels. Rest for the day in the hotel. Day 14 - Kolkata - Departure
