Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Arrive at Delhi airport, our representative will meet you and escort you to your pre-booked hotel. Check in and take some rest. Later, leave for a city tour of Old and New Delhi, covering the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Jantar Mantar, etc. Post-sightseeing tour, return to the hotel, have dinner, and stay overnight in Delhi.


Day 2: Delhi – Sariska Tiger Reserve (222 km/ 3.9 hours)

Start your day with a drive towards Sariska Tiger Reserve, formerly the hunting grounds of Alwar state. It is the world’s first-ever tiger reserve, where tigers have been relocated successfully. On arrival, check into your jungle resort and rest for some time. Afterward, leave for a jungle excursion where you might spot wildlife species such as leopard, jungle cat, chital, sambhar, nilgai, chinkara, Tiger, peafowl, gray partridge, golden-backed woodpecker, etc. Retreat for dinner and an overnight stay at the jungle resort.


Day 3: Sariska - Jaipur (108 km/ 2.9 hours)

Arise early to embark on a jungle drive into the park. Post jungle, return to the lodge, have breakfast, and check out. Commence your drive towards Jaipur. On the way, halt to visit the Amber Fort. The magnificent structure of this fort is a perfect blend of Hindu and Rajput architectural styles. Proceed to your pre-booked hotel, check in, and have a rest. Later, enjoy sightseeing in Jaipur City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and the royal observatory. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 4: Jaipur - Ranthambore (178 km/ 3.5 hours)

Start with breakfast and check out to proceed with your drive towards Sawai Madhopur to reach Ranthambore National Park. This park is known as one of the largest tiger reserves in the country and houses a good population of big cats. On arrival, check into your jungle lodge and take some rest. Later in the evening, embark on a jungle excursion. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Days 5 and 6 of the India Wildlife tour are reserved for morning and evening game drives in the national park. You can opt for an elephant or a jungle safari. This former hunting ground of the Maharajas of Jaipur is a major tourist attraction. During your safari, you can spot numerous animal and bird species, such as Chinkara, Common Palm Civets or Toddy cat, Common Yellow Bats, Desert Cats, Five Striped Palm Squirrels, Cobras, Common Kraits, and Common Frogs. The park also houses as many as 272 species of birds. The rest of the day is at leisure; you can trace the nearby areas or interact with the locals to learn about the insights of their lifestyle. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 7: Ranthambore - Bharatpur (256 km/ 4.5 hours)

Begin your day with an early drive in the jungle and return to the lodge for breakfast. Further, check out and hit the road to go to Bharatpur to visit the Keoladeo National Park, formerly known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. Upon arrival, check-in at your jungle resort, and the rest of the day is leisurely. In the evening, you can go for a short walk, where you can admire the vast flora of the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

On day 8 of the tour, wake up and have breakfast. Head towards the bird sanctuary and take a boat ride to enjoy bird watching and encounter wildlife. This bird sanctuary is home to as many as 370 species of birds, including the Painted Stork, Great Egret, Common Parakeet, endangered Siberian Crane,  Gadwall, Shoveler, Comb Duck, along with various animal species such as common Indian gray mongoose, spotted deer, fishing cat, Jackals, Hyenas, etc. Head back to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 9: Bharatpur - Agra (55.7 km/ 1.2 hours)

Today, in the morning, indulge yourself in bird viewing. Post bird watching session, return for breakfast, and check out. Later, drive towards Agra. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and rest. Post lunch, start on a city tour of Agra that includes the magnificent mausoleum of the Taj Mahal, a timeless beauty. This white-faced marble glitters like a reflection of a mirror. Post visiting the Taj, the rest of the day is leisurely. You can explore the nearby markets to purchase souvenirs as a memento. Later, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. 


Day 10: Agra - Khajuraho (by air) - Bandhavgarh (226 km/ 5.1 hours)

On the morning of the 10th day of the India Wildlife Tour, have breakfast and check out. Then, get transferred to the airport to board a flight to Khajuraho. Our representative will meet you on arrival and drive you to explore the World Heritage Site of Khajuraho, covering the Western Group of Temples. These temples were constructed during the reign of the Chandela ruler. Later, begin driving to Bandhavgarh National Park. On arrival, check into your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 11-12: Bandhavgarh

Days 11 and 12 of the India Wildlife tour are for morning and evening jungle excursions. Wake up, have breakfast, and leave for game drives. You may spot the big cats during the ride as this park has a high-density tiger population. The main wildlife attraction of the safari includes Tiger, Panther, Spotted Deer, Sambar deer, Nilgai, Gaur, and Wild Boar, along with around 280 species of birds. Post safari, the rest of the day is at ease. Enjoy the sundowner in the evening or stroll through the neighboring areas. Make your way back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 13: Bandhavgarh - Kanha (216 km/ 5 hours)

Begin your day with breakfast and check-out. Further, proceed towards the drive to Kanha National Park. Upon reaching, complete the check-in formalities at your pre-booked jungle lodge. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities such as admiring the surrounding lush greenery, walking in the jungle, or communicating with the locals. Later, retreat to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. 


Day 14 - 15: Kanha National Park
The forenoon and twilight of days 14 and 15 are reserved for the park’s jungle excursions, nature walks, and elephant rides. Amidst your safari, encounter a large variety of flora and fauna. The park is well known for housing many Royal Bengal Tiger, leopards, the sloth bear, Indian wild dogs, and Barasingha. Another major park attraction is the Bamni Dadar Point, the Sunset Point. Amongst all the country’s national parks, Kanha is one of the well-maintained ones. The rest of the day is leisure; you can roam around the adjacent surroundings or laze around in your room. Afterward, have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 16: Kanha - Nagpur (254 km/ 5.2 hours)

Wake up at dawn for an early safari. Come back, have breakfast, and relax for some time. Further, hit the road to go to Nagpur, famous as the winter capital of Maharashtra. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at your pre-booked hotel and rest. If time and energy permit, you can explore the locality on foot. Later, make your way back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. 


Day 17: Nagpur - Kolkata (by air)

On day 17, wake up, have breakfast, and check out. Then, I get transferred to the airport to board a flight to Kolkata. Once you reach, check into your pre-booked hotel. The afternoon is fixed for sightseeing in Kolkata, including well-known attractions like the Victoria Memorial, Kali temple, and Howrah Bridge. Post sightseeing, return for dinner, and an overnight stay.


Day 18: Kolkata - Guwahati (by air) - Kaziranga (166 km/ 3.4 hours)

Rise and have breakfast. Then, check out and get transported to the airport to board a flight to Guwahati. On arrival, our representative will meet you and take you via drive towards the Kaziranga National Park. This national park is home to around 2-3rd of the world’s population of one-horned rhinos. Upon reaching the park, check-in at your pre-booked resort; the rest of the day is a breathing spell. You can enjoy nature walks at the park or mingle with the guides to know the whereabouts of this park. Make your way back for dinner and an overnight stay at the resort. 


Day 19 - 20: Kaziranga National Park

Days 19 and 20 of the tour are for exploring flora and fauna of the park through morning and evening jungle rides as well as nature walks. The park is home to a large population of not only one-horned rhinos but other wild species too, such as wild boar, Barasingha deer, Hog deer, Asian elephants, Rose-ringed parakeets, Jungle fowls, Pallas’s fish eagle, Great Indian Hornbill, etc. Post safari, you can spend your evenings around the bonfire and even stargazing at night. Later, have dinner and an overnight stay at the resort.


Day 21: Kaziranga - Guwahati (192 km/ 3.9 hours) - Delhi (by air)

In the morning, have breakfast and check out. Then, hit the road to Guwahati, and board a flight to Delhi from here. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities where you can discover the locality, shop at the well-known markets of the city, and gorge on lip-smacking street food. Return for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 22: Departure
Today is the last day of the India Wildlife Tour. Wake up, have breakfast, and check out. Get transferred to the airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
