The distance between Rameshwaram and Tuticorin Airport is around 189 km that covers the whole journey within 3 hours and 10 mins through NH 49 and E Coast Rd. Both airports are quite closer to this pilgrimage site and visitors can easily reach there by hiring taxis or cabs.
