Located in Chandigarh’s Sector-16, the famous Rose Garden boasts of 825 types of roses. The Zakir Hussain Rose Garden is the largest botanical garden in Asia that is dedicated to roses. Sukhna Lake

Sukhna Lake was created by Le Corbusier in 1958 by damming the river Sukhna Choe, a seasonal stream flowing down from the Shivalik hills. Sukhna Lake had a depth of 18 feet originally and was spread across 3 sq. km. The name Sukhna means a wish - fulfilled. At the entrance, there is a proclamation, 'The creator of this beautiful city of Chandigarh has also created this eye-catching man-made Sukhna Lake and also a dam that makes this city even more beautiful. Pinjore garden
A vibrant, beautiful Mughal garden made in the 17th century stretched over a massive area of 100 acres which still remains one of the best tourist attractions in Chandigarh. Pinjore Garden is world-famous gardens and renowned for its lush greenery and enchanting scenery. Pinjore Gardens are also known as the Yadavindra Gardens and they were created by a Nawab during the reign of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. The garden was developed and renovated by the Maharaja Yadavindra of the State of Patiala. The garden accommodates several grand structures that exhibit a distinguished combination of the Rajasthani and Mughal styles of architecture.
International Dolls Museum
The International Dolls museum of Chandigarh accommodates dolls and puppets from over 25 different countries. The museum is managed by the Indian Council of Child Welfare and it was established in 1985. Toy train is the prime attraction of the museum and kids love to take a ride on the toy train.
