Named after the Dhole, the Asiatic wild dog, Dole’s Den has been designed as an endeavor to stress upon the significance and beauty of this animal, which has been overshadowed by the big wild’s such as tiger, leopard and elephant. It is an eco-friendly lodge and is quite popular with wildlife enthusiasts. 5 in number, the living units in this lodge are segregated into 3 parts- 2 Rooms, 2 Bungalows and 1 Suite. It is located in the Kaniyanapura village in the Chamrajnagar district of Karnataka.
Accommodation in the Dhole’s Den lodge is made available in terms of 5 spacious and well appointed living units segregated into 3 categories- 2 Rooms, 2 Bungalows and 1 Suite. The guest rooms in the main house are located on the first floor. These rooms are befitted with large glass sliding doors offering panoramic views of the Nilgiris Mountains. With its 105 square meters of space and large private balcony, the Suite offers ample space for relaxation and solitude. Besides, there are two separate bungalows featuring a large bedroom, spacious living area and a balcony offering soothing mountain views.
The dining room, located on the ground floor, is famous for its South Indian curries and live kitchen.
