Itinerary Details

Upon your arrival in Bangalore, our tour representative will assist you with a transfer to your pre-decided hotel. Complete all check-in formalities and unwind yourself. Spend the rest of the day leisurely. Bangalore is known as the 'Garden City of India' due to its wide range of gardens and parks. It is the fastest growing metropolis and the cultural hub of India. It always features a pleasant climate and a lot of greenery with trees lined up along both sides of most of the roads.

This palace has elegant arches, ornamental frescoes, brilliant motifs and protruding balconies. In the evening, sightsee the Bangalore Palace, an epitome of great architecture and beauty. The Bangalore Palace hosts different rock shows, cultural events and marriages.

Later, come back to the hotel and stay overnight there.

Post breakfast, you will hit the road to Mysore. Situated at the foothills of the Chamundi Hills, Mysore presents a sight to behold. It is replete with the history of its royal heritage, famed silk sarees, sandalwood, intricate architectures, beautiful gardens and much more. This city is also popular for its mouthwatering delicacies like Mysore Masala Dosa and the Mysore Pak etc.

As you reach Mysore, proceed for checking-in at the hotel and resting for a while. After that, you will go for sightseeing of attractions in Mysore. Firstly, you will be visiting the Mysore Palace which stands tall as one of the most spectacular palaces all over India. The palace has served as the official residence of the rulers of Mysore. During the Dussehra celebrations and on every Sunday, the Mysore Palace is spectacularly lit up once dusk falls.

Thereafter, head towards another prominent tourist attraction in Mysore, Brindavan Garden which is the abode of nature. It is a soul-soothing site that contains endless green terrace gardens, colorful flowers and prolific plants which will make you swoon. It has a dancing fountain and in the evening, a light and sound show is conducted which adds color to this beautiful garden. This place makes you feel overwhelmed right from the entrance with its charming flowerbeds and rose gardens.

At the end of the day, you will be back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Savor your breakfast and start your journey towards Hassan. Hassan derives its name from its presiding Goddess Hassanamba which means "Smiling Mother" in Kanana Language. It is mainly famous for its ancient structures, history and ancient monuments. This city was ruled by the Hoysala Empire for a long time and the influence can be seen in the art and inscriptions at various monuments. Upon arrival on Hassan, register yourself at the hotel reception and feel at ease. Later, you will go to explore the prominent attractions in Halebid and Belur.

The Belur Temple showcases some of the most intricate carvings in India. Also known as the Chennakeshava temple, it outstands amongst the out of the 92 Hoysala temples in Karnataka. Some parts are more for dancing and the sculptures are of dancers, while on the other side it's stories from the epics.

Halebid is also referred to as Hoysaleswara temple. It is a twin temple because it has two Nandi's (Lord Shiva's Bull) and dedicated to Lord Shiva. The walls of this temple proudly narrate the stories of various Gods and brave soldiers of Hoysala that are presented in the form of impressive sculptures engraved on the walls. Thousands of tourists visit this temple all around the year.

After having scrumptious breakfast, your drive will begin to Hospet. Also called as Hosapete, it was built by King Krishan Deva Raya in the honor of his mother, Nagalambika in 1520 AD. This city is known for historical monuments and hence famed as the Fort Town of Karnataka. The city is also popular for the alluring town of Chitradurga and contains many architectural marvels belonging of the reign of the great ruler of Vijayanagara Empire. On reaching there, check-in at your pre-booked lodge. The rest of the day is at leisure.
