Itinerary Details

On arriving at the Delhi airport, meet our representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to the hotel. Post-check-in formalities, the day is free for leisure activities. You can try local food and go shopping in the nearby local market. You can buy souvenirs for yourself which you will take home. Go to local markets where you will get to know the specialty of Delhi. Stay overnight in Delhi.

On day 2 of the Royal Rajasthan Tour, after breakfast, explore the capital city of Delhi. The first part of the sightseeing includes New Delhi wonders. And, post-lunch, the day is scheduled for visiting Old Delhi. Some of the attractions that you will visit today include Jama Masjid, Gandhi Memorial, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Red Fort, and India Gate. In the evening, attend Sound and Light Show at the Red Fort. Lakshmi Narayan Temple is also famously known as Birla Mandir as it was constructed by the Birla Family. This three-storey temple is an architectural marvel where you can glare at the beautiful paintings and enticing carvings. Jama Masjid, on the other hand, is one of the largest mosques in the country. Numerous Muslim devotees flock here on Friday and on special occasions like in the month of Ramzaan and on the eve of Eid.

Overnight stay in Delhi.

Have breakfast and start your journey to Agra by road. Once you reach there, complete the check-in at the hotel. Later on, begin the city tour including a visit to the Taj Mahal – one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This white-marble mausoleum was constructed by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

The next attraction that you will visit is Agra Fort, another Mughal masterpiece. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and you can also take a look at the Taj Mahal from here. The last visit is to Itimad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, also called 'Baby Taj'. It is situated on the bank of the River Yamuna and it is conserved by the Archeological Survey of India. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Have breakfast and start driving towards the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur. On the way, stop at the old-deserted erstwhile Mughal capital, Fatehpur Sikri. It was constructed by the Mughal Emperor Akbar and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Some of the structures worth-exploring are Jama Masjid, Buland Darwaza, Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan and Panch Mahal. Fatehpur Sikri means the 'City of Victory' is another architectural wonder constructed by Akbar after his victorious campaign. You will be covering this deserted town under the Rajasthan trip itinerary. After exploration, continue to Jaipur.

On arrival, check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. You can go out to explore the vibrant markets of Jaipur on your own. Or else, simply sit back and enjoy the comforts of your room.

5th day, after breakfast, of the sightseeing of the Royal Rajasthan continues in Jaipur. Start the tour by visiting Amber Fort or Amer Fort, located on a hilltop. Enjoy an elephant ride or jeep ride to the fort's entrance. Back to the city, have lunch. Later, continue sightseeing including the City Palace. The structure has gardens, courtyards, spacious rooms and other structures that are a mix of Rajasthani and Mughal architectures. The other attractions are Jantar Mantar - the Royal Observatory, Ram Niwas Gardens and Hawa Mahal. Also known by the name of 'Palace of Wind', Hawa Mahal literally stands by its name, as it has 953 small windows in its five-storey honeycomb structure. Start your road trip to Jodhpur. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. You can relax for a while. The day is free for leisure activities. Jodhpur is famously known as the 'Blue City' and the 'Sun City' among locals. You can stroll around in the markets of the city and can buy things for yourself. Jodhpur is famous for marble products, cutlery, carpets, glass bangles, and silk products. Try local dishes like Kadhi Pakoda, Badam Halwa, Baajre ka Sogra and Kaacharaa Mircha Sabzi (Spicy). These are the few famous dishes here.

Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 is scheduled for sightseeing in Jodhpur including the Mehrangarh Fort. One of the largest forts in India, it is positioned 400-feet above the city. The fort houses a museum also, which has a large collection of royal palanquins, costumes, armory, turban gallery and paintings. Next attraction is Jaswant Thada, a group of royal cenotaphs that are made of white marble. It has a carved gazebo, a small lake, and a tiered garden.

Savor lunch at a palace hotel. Later on, visit the bustling and colorful markets of Jodhpur where you can shop for some amazing stuff. Get your hands on handicrafts, paintings, embroidered shoes, tie, and dye fabrics, silverware, metal knick-knacks, Jodhpuri pants, etc.

Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Today, after breakfast, get transferred to Udaipur, by road. On the way, halt at the Ranakpur Jain Temples – a popular Jain pilgrimage center known for its wonderful carvings. Also known as Chaturmukha Dharanavihara, they are visited by a huge number of devotees. The temple is designed with four faces and here 1008 snakeheads and tails are carved out of the single marble.

After exploration, continue your journey towards Udaipur. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Partake in the activities of your interest. You can roam around in the nearby market, meet some locals or savor delicious cuisines.

Post breakfast on day 9, get ready for sightseeing of the city. The prime tourist attractions in Udaipur that you will explore include City Palace - a palace complex constructed by Maharaja Udai Singh on Lake Pichola's bank. The interiors of the palace feature the mirror work, marble work, wall-paintings and silver work.

This is followed by a trip to the Jagdish Temple - formerly called the temple of Jagannath Rai, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is the largest temple in Udaipur and one of the finest examples of Hindu Iconography. Next, you visit Fateh Sagar Lake - an artificial lake, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari – a garden made for the Queen's friends. The last visit of the day is to Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir – a museum that has a fine collection of folk articles of the region.

Stay overnight in Udaipur.

On the last day of the tour, have breakfast and pack all your belongings. Get transferred to the Udaipur airport to board a flight to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, transfer to the hotel. The day is at leisure. Spend it as per your interest. You can go for shopping in Old Delhi and can buy famous dresses, bags or local stuff from here. You can find so many things there to buy for yourself. Try some local dishes in the nearby area. After dinner, move to the airport to board a flight for your onward destination.
