Prabalgad Fort – It is nestled in the Western Ghat at an altitude of 2,300 feet amidst the lush greenery. This fort is surrounded by various other famous tourist attractions. Ulhas River is flowing through the east of the fort while the Gadhi River from the west and the Patalganga River runs to the south.
Irshalgad Fort – The fort is perched on the hilltop between Matheran and Panvel. It is popularly known as the sister of the Prabalgad Fort. One needs to trek to reach there. It will take 2 hours to cover a distance of 3.4 km.
Ambarnath Temple – This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This beautifully carved temple is situated on the bank of the River Vadavan.
