Itinerary Details

When you arrive at Mumbai Airport, you will meet our representative who will escort you to the hotel. You can check-in at the hotel and freshen up. In the evening, head out for sightseeing to some of the city's stunning points of interest. The first attraction will be the Gateway of India. The 20th-century arch monument is the iconic attraction in Mumbai and was built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary in 1911. This is one of India's most valued structures and it receives many tourists to take pictures with it daily.

Next on the list is the Hanging Garden. Locally known as Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens, this beautiful place was built in 1881. It displays a wide range of colorful flowers. Locals come here to seek solace and to get away from the noise of the metro city.

Another attraction you will be visiting today is Juhu Beach. It ranks amongst the most loved beaches in Mumbai. This beach is located in Ville Parle and it is also one of the favorite places where the shooting of many Bollywood films takes place. During weekdays you can find ample space to ponder over your thoughts seeing the sunset. It is quite crowded during the weekends and evenings.

Later on, pay homage at the Haji Ali Dargah. This beautiful tomb and a mosque is located offshore on an island connected by a bridge. It is named after the great Muslim saint, Pir Haji Ali Shah Bukhari. The structure is built in an Indo-Islamic architectural style making it appealing to look at.

Afterward, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

The next day, check out from the hotel in Mumbai and get on a flight to Cochin. On your arrival, you will meet our representative and then you will be driven to Kumarakom. Wake up to a beautiful day. After savoring breakfast, check out from the Kerala Ayurvedic spa in Kumarakom and head to Kottayam. After you arrive, get on board to a beautiful houseboat. Unwind yourself as the boat sails to Alleppey. Enjoy the rest of the night sailing on the backwaters of Kerala on a traditional houseboat that makes it way to Alleppey, often called the 'Venice of the East'.

On the next day, have a delicious breakfast at the houseboat and check out. You can then drive to a beautiful city in Kerala, Cochin. On arrival, you can check-in at the hotel. After freshening up, head outside for sightseeing tour. Today, you will visit some interesting tourist places such as the Jewish Synagogue. This is the oldest active synagogue located in Kerala. It still attracts many tourists mainly because of its rare antiques that are displayed. Most of the displays date back to 19th-century.

Next, move on to explore St. Francis Church.

Reckoned amongst the oldest dwelling structures in the state, the church was built in the year 1503. It has a great historical relevance mainly since this sole structure witnessed the European colonization.

This is followed by a trip to the Dutch Palace, also known as Mattancherry Palace. It displays a fine architectural style of Kerala. This palace has a double-storey and it contains important antiques and a collection of beautiful murals.

You will also be witnessing the wonderful Chinese Fishing Nets. These are amongst the reputable attractions in the state. It is a type of stationary lift net used by the fishermen. These structures are fixed on the land making it sturdy. The nets are weighed by stones underwater and are pulled up to collect fishes. You will also witness a live Kathakali performance in the evening.
